The service I provide at RK Interior for any builder or contractor is to assist and relieve you from the task of coordinating at interior finishes for ycur client through the design/construction process. This will free up your time to focus on designing, building, or meeting with new clients.

My goal is to meet with you and your client before you break ground. This will give me the opportunity to get to know them, define their lifestyle and help determine how they want their living space to feel and function. discuss the scope of coordinating finish selections, find out what they like and what they want to avoid. My mission would be to work within your timeline and your client’s budget.

My services are:

• Architectural elements: Built-ins, Fireplaces, Accent Walls, Ceiling Treatments
• Cabinetry Selection, Design and Layout
• Material Selection: Flooring, Countertops, Tile, Doors & Hardware, Wall Finishes
• Selections and Specifications: Appliances, Plumbing Fixtures, Lighting Design & Fixtures
• Closet Design
• Window Treatments

I will provide a Contractor’s Log. This includes selection details such as sources, contact info, material selection, cost, specs, and availability. Also, I will enjoy working with your established sources and can provide, additional sources as needed.
